Helen Kurlander Goldstein
Certified Financial Planner

Helen is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP™)with over 20 years of experience assisting individuals and small businesses in the field of financial planning and investment management. Helen specializes in retirement and estate planning and investment management. She has worked with Thurston, Springer, Miller, Herd & Titak, Inc. since 1993.

Helen was an adjunct faculty member of the College for Financial Planning. For over 5 years she taught the CFP Investment Course to investment professionals from around the Midwest. Investment professionals took this course to qualify for the Certified Financial Planning Designation. In addition to teaching others in the investment field, Helen has held educational seminars throughout the Midwest for the investing public, such as American United Life, Indianapolis Water Company, Department of Senior Services and the Indiana Small Business Advisory Group.

Helen is past President of the Jewish Community Center, where she helped to oversee a budget of over $10 million dollars and a membership over 9000 individuals. Helen has served on the Jewish Federation of Greater Indianapolis (JFGI) and the Board of Directors of Hooverwood, an Indianapolis based nursing home.

Helen is also a member of the Central Indiana Society of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners.

Helen received her undergraduate degree in Economics and Finance from Indiana University. She has completed her CFP designation and holds various securities and insurance licenses.

Helen has broad and deep experience working directly with investors to help them achieve their financial planning goals. She and her husband reside in Indianapolis and have a son and a daughter.
